She also called and let us know how the showing went.! 3 She scheduled work men and let them in. She advised us when work needed to be done, yard work , tree trimming and the inside needing dusty and the floors cleaned or vacuumed. 4 She replied quickly to texts, email and phone messages. 5 She was always positive and encouraging.
